Your child must be accompanied to and from school by an adult and signed in and out on an assigned clipboard that is posted in each classroom. Parents are asked to put their initials, and time in or out in the space provided each day that your child is here. Teachers will then check your child in on the “teacher” clipboard that they take with them when they leave the room. In addition to signing in and out, please verbally notify your child teacher that you are picking them up. Children will be released only to those adults whose names are provided in the child's initial enrollment papers. You may make additions or deletions to this list by notifying the school in writing.

If someone other than you, or a guardian are going to be picking up your child, you must leave teachers a note with the name of the person picking up your child and your full signature. As a safety precaution, staff may ask this person for identification before allowing them to take your child from the center. Please, when you have someone new pick up your child, remind them to bring a driver's license with them.

ICC closes promptly at 6:00 pm. You will be charged a late pick up fee of $1.00 for every minute after the official closing time, which is to be paid directly to the teacher who stayed late with your child. Please, if you know you are going to be late, call the Center to let us know. This will also reassure your child/children that you are coming for them.
