Enrollment Fees

Registration Fee $35.00 Non-refundable fee. This must be received with completed application to be added to waiting lists for classrooms and/or Title XX slots.
Annual Activity Fee $20/Quarter This is due at time of enrollment and by the First Tuesday of Each Quarter:

1st Quarter: January/February/March

2nd Quarter: April/May/June

3rd Quarter: July/August/September

4th Quarter: October/November/December
2-Week Security Deposit Varies See Deposit/Withdrawal from ICC for details.

Toddler Tuition Rates

Full-Time $168/week (M-F between 7 am – 6 pm)
3 Days/Week $132/week At time of enrollment, days of the week are scheduled and set. Any deviation or changes in days of week needs to be put in writing and pre-approved with Director.
2 Days/Week $88/week At time of enrollment, days of the week are scheduled and set. Any deviation or changes in days of week needs to be put in writing and pre-approved with Director.
Daily Rate $44/day Daily Rate is available when pre-planned with the Director and Ok'd in writing.

Preschool Tuition Rates

Full-Time $156/week (M-F between 7 am – 6 pm)
3 Days/Week $126/week At time of enrollment, days of the week are scheduled and set. Any deviation or changes in days of week needs to be put in writing and pre-approved with Director.
2 Days/Week $84/week At time of enrollment, days of the week are scheduled and set. Any deviation or changes in days of week needs to be put in writing and pre-approved with Director.
Daily Rate $42/day Daily Rate is available when pre-planned with the Director and Ok'd in writing.
  • 10% Discount to the child with the lower tuition rate is given for families with more than one child enrolled full-time at the Center.
  • Tuition covers M-F of the week you are paying. $15/week late fee is charged for tuition not received by Tuesday.
  • Family Co-op is available to reduce tuition. See Director and Handbook for details.
  • ODJFS Title XX Slots are limited by the Board of Directors. A waiting list is available, first come, first served basis, to those who submit completed application and $35 non-refundable registration fee, and ODJFS forms.
  • Rates and fees are effective September 1, 2008.
